- Latest income tax assessment or payslips
- Bank statements (last 3 months)

Financial Requirements
Proof of financial ability to employ a helper
- Minimum household income of $2,000
- Proof of ability to pay monthly salary
- Security bond payment of $5,000
- Foreign worker levy payment capability
- Insurance premium payments
Helper Requirements

Medical Insurance
Required medical coverage for your helper
- Minimum coverage of $60,000 per year (increased from $15,000)
- Coverage for inpatient care and day surgery
- Co-payment structure: 75% insurer/25% employer for claims above $15,000
- Stage 2 (July 2025): Direct hospital reimbursement
- Stage 2 (July 2025): Standardized exclusion clauses
- Stage 2 (July 2025): Age-differentiated premiums
- Coverage for COVID-19 related expenses
- 24-hour emergency assistance
Other Insurance Requirements
Additional mandatory protection coverage
- Personal accident insurance ($60,000 minimum coverage)
- Security bond ($5,000)
- Primary Care Plan (PCP) for outpatient services (from July 2025)
- PCP coverage: GP consultations, basic diagnostics, preventive care
- PCP premiums: $120-$200 annually with minimal co-payments
- Coverage for medical evacuation and repatriation
